PET POLICY

If a property is pet friendly, no pet (dog or cat) can weigh over 25 pounds at maturity. We may require the opportunity to meet your pet before approving your lease. We require a current photo of your pet plus immunizations/vaccination records for your pet are provided with your rental application. The records must be up to date and include the pet's name, age, breed, and weight.

The pet must be on a monthly flea treatment. (proof must be provided with the rental application)

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per animal for the privilege of maintaining a pet on the property. There is also an additional $20.00 per animal per month Pet Rent.

Please be advised that certain breeds are not accepted. 

Renters insurance is required with Albany Realty Company named as additional insured in the amount of $300,000.00 for liability and $5000.00 guest medical.
